US companies will invest in Indian schools and Infrastructure
If the schools in India aren't equipped to churn out enough engineering/software types, the US companies will spend money to build and staff schools in India. Similarly they will invest in Indian infrastructure. They will do this until the Excel spreadsheet indicates that it will be less expensive to do business elsewhere at which point they will abandon India and move on to a less expensive venue. Advice: Keep your investments in Indian relatively liquid so you can get out when necessary.
