I'm sitting next to one of the liars.
I'm a contractor at a big microprocessor manufactoring firm that starts with the letter 'I'. Sort of by accident, my cube is surrounded by project managers. I overhear their conversations constantly and all they talk about is readily available, cheap engineering resources overseas.

So, I get to hear it straight from the liars mouths.

What I heard this morning shows how cheap corporations are getting. Since many Russians are getting into the pair programming thing, this manager was wondering about the possibility of getting a pair of Russian software engineers for the price of one. The way he put it was "10 bucks a head instead of 20.". This is what we're up against.
