CIOs saying they can't find qualified workers in the US are, of course, lying. They merely use this as an excuse to import cheap labor from overseas or to move overseas altogether.
The US has roughly the same number of India's engineering graduates. And, unlike the majority of their Indian counterparts, US graduates are suitable for employment upon graduation. The only thing is that a livable wage in the US is far higher than a livable wage in India.
