wonder where IBM is going to outsource next in search for lower prices.
When the others catch up to IBM by outsourcing more, it would have been time for Sam Palmisano and will probably get a couple of 100 million. It'll be the next CEO job to figure how to compete with other vendors who would have outsourced as much and are able to match/beat IBM prices.
