In the datacenter maybe...
Xen may be a threat to Microsoft in the datacenter but with the majority of the revenue for Microsoft coming from the desktop I see this as highly unlikely. The direct threat in my opinion will be directed towards Microsoft's recently aquired technology in their product Virtual Server.
