Hmmm spyware, weather simply tracking spyware (sneaky and sly) or nasty stuff like key stroke loggers etc., (criminal act) is a) an invasion of privacy, b) it's unlawful use of hardware, and resources to obtain information and c) it's a (unsolicited) violation of some one's life and personal space.
