Incandescent lamps are inefficient

For your argument to be more valid, you would
need to consider the efficiencies of heating your home with
incandescent light, vs. heating with baseboard heaters. One is
designed for a particular task, and is more efficient at that. If any of
your lamps (light bulbs) are in ceiling fixtures, then much of that
heat is rising into the ceiling, which is then lost, and is not
available to heat the living space of your home.
