Mercury content of CF bulbs
CF bulbs have mercury in them, which is poisonous... meaning it is a bad idea to use CF in any fixture that is within the reach of a child.

I don't know if LEDs have this problem, but if they don't then they will be very attractive to couples interested in kid-proofing their homes.

Besides, you have to go to all that trouble to bring the CF to the waste disposal facility. I have maybe a half-trunk-ful of stuff that I'm waiting to get the chance to bring to one, and now that I've started putting CFs in my house, it might be time to make these trips a regular (bi-annual?) event.

AFAIK, incandescents have the advantage that they can go into the trash can, and are not a major threat if they break or explode or come apart or leak or whatever. (Okay, maybe you get a bit of Argon, so you don't want to open it in a closed unventilated space. Otherwise...)
