If you want to take even more into account, you are forgetting about the additional head generated in the summer time, for another five months per year, which necessitates the use of an air conditioner. This may not be as big a deal in Sweeden, considering how far north it is, but air conditioners are very environmentally unfriendly, and running one consumes a lot of power. I think the net loss of heat taken year round balances out (more heat inthe winter, less A/C in the summer) balances out the equation and lets it be removed. Also, much of the heat is absorbed by your lighting fixtures and doesn't really serve to heat your home in that efficient of a manner (especially since most lights are in the ceiling where the air is already warmer), so I don't think it is that valid of an argument.
