How many people ...
... will want to fill up twice in one stop? And what would happen if someone fills up with gas and not ethanol too? Would the lack of ethanol to suppress combustion cause the engine irreparable harm? I think, while a great idea, there are a lot of REALITY based problems they're missing here.
