One point a lot of people overlook
is that by reducing the overall emmissions from current power plants as well as our vehicles we can improve our health even more as well as increase the amount of radiant light making it to the surface. This is esspecially true in places such as... L.A.!

As for this idea... I need to read some more on it but it sounds pretty promising! devil
