Where does the CO2 go?
All these garbage recyclers are cool, but if you don't want earth to become Venus 2, with all kinds of CO2 being poured out (or breathed out by the bacteria), and all the oxygen being burned out (or breathed in by the bacteria), earth is very quickly (geological scale, thousand years or so, <100 for ice caps) turning into Venus 2. We need solar powered super-photsynthesisers floating in the oceans. Or at least algea dumps (green oceans), but technology can probably beat plants in photosynthetic efficiency and also can collect carbon for carbon-composite and graphite processing.
