they are sticking with the incandencents for a while. Yes you are correct that the low energy bulbs are out there but they have not made a significant penetration in the home market yet. Now in another 3-5 years that will be a different story.

Keep in mind a lot of people have money in incandecent bulbs (i.e. they purchased in bulk) so they probably haven't started to replace their old bulbs with the newer more efficient ones. I still see a lot of homes with old style incandecants... just a thought. devil
