Well, the entire subject is quite absurd
First, the definition of a planet was always pretty vague.

Second, changing the status of Pluto does nothing really.

Third, if I were to go outside and urinate in the grass, I would be doing more good to the Earth than the scientists who are arguing over this matter.

Although I am resistant to change, and ironically I work with computers. I am extremely resistant to pointless change. If there was a point to changing the status of Pluto, I wouldn't mind, but there is no frelling point. Hence, item number 2 and item number 3 are the same thing, just stating that other activities are more benefitial than arguing over the status of a rock that orbits a few million miles away from the Sun.
