I think I see the disagreement here
I think we are disagreeing over the term diet. I think you mean a regimented diet where I mean just a normal diet. As well the same with exercise. I mean normal exercise, the type you get when you get out and enjoy yourself. A regimented exercise program is hard to keep up with as is regimented diet. Eating a normal diet and just getting out for a walk in the park is more what I meant.

I think I agree with you on the doing something you don't enjoy to obtain a body image that is actually dangerous to your health.
