Exercise and diet do work
I disagree. Exercise and eating right does work when it comes to losing wieght. To say it doesn't is like saying the sky is red. It's common sense that if have life balanced with physical activity and proper food you will not get obsese. Though execption always exist for the majority this true.

I'd say todays problem is not so much obesity but what we determine as obese. Today's measurment on what make one obese is stupid. By those measurement, the BMI, top athetes are obese. How can someone with 1% body fat be obese? Also society tells us that women must be size 0 or they are fat. That's just stupid! So is there an epidemic of obesity occuring or that our definition of a healthy is to extreme when it comes to being thin.
