How about 'Be Parents to your children week'? Every week!
Funny how some parents never miss their time at the gym, or the drinks with the people from work, especially not to just spend a couple of hours with their children.

Some children may need to spend all that time online, to get the help with their homework that their parents don't have time for. Take this putz Acunzo, who is trying to start this thing. What does he know about controlling children's online activity? His child is an 'instant messaging addict'. He has no time to spend with him/her yet he has time to put into this idea to try and increase sales of his 'me, too!' product.

His program and the dozens like it already on the market just fuel the real problem. Now the parents can control their kids' computer use without the bother of having to be there. Perfect.

How effective will this really be when Junior is probably the one who will have to install and configure it anyway? Even if dad manages to do it, the resourceful youth will use his allotted time to figure out how to get past it!
