Then who owns the content?
If someone dies, then ALL of their posessions should go to next of kin. I fail to see the neccessity of privacy - when you are pushing up daisies! If the parents couldn't get access to those emails, what the heck would Yahoo do with them? Let some anonymous admin put the stuff on some backup tape - somewhere?
