Inflammatory. Are you Bit Byte under a new handle? I would expect such rhetoric from him.

It's not true that copyrighted works are "property." Central to the notion of property is the right to exclude - completely and indefinitely if an owner desires. Copyrights expire (no indefinite exclusion) and copyrighted works can be used without permission (no complete exclusion).

Oh, and it's Congress that says so.
