Okay
All I can say about the language barrier for customer support is that it exists and is very apparent. The sense of pride in helping others, I was speaking of, is an obvservation from the many complaints that the call centers are not handling the issues. As far as killing the economy here.....what?!?!. That is ridiculous. Higher gains and global marketing efforts are what drives the off-shoring. Loss of jobs is what kills the economy. Even if the loss is only a perception, spending drops and boom. And you did not say that were bad people everywhere. You responded that America's fraudulent activity was "off the charts". Does that in some way justify this incident? As for "aide" and "aid", you are correct and that my fault for using a crappy desktop dictionary.
