does give every poorer nation an unfair advantage against it's own when it comes to service industries. American corporations are the ones moving the jobs to other countries. American corporations became large enough to go global like this due to American spending. So don't be so quick to be righteous. Every country has saints and sinners. And Nigerian fraud would be off the charts. At least we don't have a small economic system built off it like others. No one is trying to kill India's economy but if you guys are going to take service jobs than you better get your collective acts together. Servicing Americans means fluently speaking our language(which none have yet in my experience). It also means taking a sense of pride in helping others(which again I have yet to see first hand). In the American dictionary there is little to no difference between "aide" and "aid" both mean "assistance" or "support". So you get your facts straight. Tell me how a corporation rated number 1 in customer service has fallen into the toilet since their big off-shoring fiasco?
