Indian police make arrests in outsourcing fraud

yes, apparently we are sick: the most giving nation in the world every year, and we're sick, yet other countries depend on us for aide and the likes. Sometimes I wish we would stop being so generous(and sick in your opinion). I wonder what you'd think of us Americans when we cut support to all these countries and save our money for Americans.
