How to report spam to the sender's ISP - no technical abilities needed!
To report spam to the proper ISP - of the real sender, and the real hosts of the websites advertised - you don't need to be an expert or even understand email headers.

You just need to spend two minutes signing up to a free spamcop.net reporting account. Then you get a personal code (a URL to go to, and an email address to forward your spam to). After that, whenever you want to report spam you get you either go to that URL and paste the spam message including headers in, or forward the spam message as an attachment to the address supplied by spamcop.net, whichever way you prefer.
SpamCop then reads the headers and body of the email, locates the IP address of the source and of websites advertised, looks up the addresses of the abuse departments of the relevant ISPs, composes a professional complaint message that includes the technical details that the ISP would need to identify the spammer and close his account (but that you don't have to understand if you don't want to), and lets you send reports to all relevant ISPs in one click!
