By the way
thats rpmeyers1....

I realize you where speaking 'out there, while not exactly replying to me.

A solicitation does not cease to be a solicitation simply on a basis of a consent to recieve them.

Perhaps your trying to portray, the good guys (items you want),from the bad guys (strangers in your email box)...

Even the good guys are things you dont want. And being a recipient I would not be telling them they are 'bad guys now. From do not solicit.

Same reflection different mirrors....that was YOU.

Do not solicit does not reflect the rights of the sender of email. It reflects the rights of the recipient to do so unhindered, without or otherwise arranged by the sender.

A CONTROLLING factor far from indemnifying,or criminalizing in order to again ENFORCE either/or of the two.

I simply submit the courtesy.

-just talking.Happy Holidays.
