yeah I get that
but even so,using opt-in as a condition of receiving email, does not indemnify the 'breeding of emails (and get this) as a condition of your wanting them.
You may not 'want to receive opt-in emails after asking to receive them. This is why 'do no solicit would be consistent with either of them -opt-in,or opt-out.
With either of them. Both consider that the abiltiy to control them is in the hands of the sender. With opt-in you have agreed to have them sent, with opt-out they are still sent with or without your agreement.
Either way - using an agreement of 'opt-in,or using a control of 'opt-out ,this law is seen from the email(spam) senders point of view.If in fact 'do not solicit worked for opt-in,it would work for opt-out as well. It would not matter what scenario an agreement between advertisement and recipient would be.

Opt-in will still continue. There is no change in this.Opt-out will still continue, there is no change in this. While opt-in,and opt-out are conversational pieces among the 'advertising definitions .....that is what is still a fact of this legislation.

The fact of having the person of receipient have THAT CONTROL is what the law could have better addressed.

Opt-in is just as bad at spam,as opt-out.They cannot be off-the-hook if you do not wish to receive the advertisments. And even following making such an arrangement.

But just try ''returning to sender" YOUR CHOICE not to receive any further advertisements.Hit the reply from email application, put 'do not solicit into the subject line. And thats it.

When you go to a 'link, another thing happens - the receiving computer 'TAKES YOU COMPUTER LOCATION AS WELL WITH ITS IP ADDRESS ALONG WITH IT.!!

Just another thing this law does in the mechanical mention when we are speaking of emails, they are intrenching using the 'servers/browsers,and machine locations based on an html format.

The 'functioning return address is the 'best of''this legislation.

I consider these solicitations, the conjuctive reason to consider them otherwise is usually related to what the sender deems them as.

do not solicit is easy.

-just talking.Thanks for the reply.
