Congress is no help: they sold out to the DMA!
SPAM is criminal trespass, pure and simple. I pay for the connection, the bandwidth, the servers, and the software. The criminals in the DMA don't. They should not be allowed to access them without explicit permission, and that means an OPT-IN system.

What we needed were tough laws with real teeth that stop SPAM, not another low-towing knuckle under by the bought-and-paid-for shills of big business. You jokers in congress didn't even try to give that to us.

As always, all you did was over-ride some good state laws that might have helped with a bad federal law that won't.

You sell us out to big business for their soft-money and then you wonder why we citizens consider you politicians the enemy?

Your actions, here again, answer that question!
