Thats why I'm Paradigm Odyssey, and your Robert Carnegie.

You'll have to look at the context of what I wrote in consistency of the previous articles concerning CAN-SPAM ACT.

Take a paragraph at a time.

Because this is where the subject changes.

Topic remains the same though.

Context is that of the person receiving an advertisement within their emails.

A.)A relationship that does not need to be 'verified in order to refuse the email.

B.)The difference of what emailer 'rights are,and the 'rights of what the person receiving these emails - what the law might have addressed.

c.)What the law could have addressed for controlling these emails - the persons rights .

d.)The different mechanical means that include those relationships A,b,c.

e.)a problem in denoting ''unsubscribe'',since no 'subscription has been created in the first place.

f.)opt-in being off-the-hook,from having sent so many advertisements,..nothing prevents these from continueing.

g.)a 'return address, that is 'legitimate ,is a best of''this law.

1.A 'do-not-solicit,via a reply remains a suggestion,since with a valid return address,the recipient does require accessing a mechanism from a given formatted htm,page.....
It would only be the necesity to enter the 'do-not-solicit,within the subject line of the email, and 'return the same email without first reading/opening/ or otherwise interacting with the solicitor.

If this was 'law, and the reasonable right to do so.Email spammers would have to comply with the recipients 'do-not-solicit command. This would get easier as future would come around since emailers with legitimate addresses would simply retrain their email machines to batch these as 'do-not-mail.

The work is on the 'other side. Not the recipients.A relationship is not required whatsoever to the 'advertiser,or solicitor.Neither would 'opt-in be recognized from not complying with the 'do-not-solicit.

It would simply be a courtesy. As for law that is all the luck that will be found.

-thanks for reply.Happy Holidays.
