Regardless of what the politicians responsible for this fiasco would have you believe, there are THOUSANDS of non-"Kingpin Spammers" out there, and they aren't about to let a law get in the way of their chasing a fast buck.

Simply put, the ones forging headers aren't going to stop. Why would they? You can't trace them any further back than the sewer known as APNIC.

And now you'll have "legitimate junk mailers" pounding your mailbox as well.

Face it: We've been told to shut up and eat our Spam.
