Spoon that is the IRONY here!!
One one side of the fence you have the Chritian and Catholic
cases screaming about saving this womans life (such that it is)
and making all kinds of justifications to do so. One of which is
the cruelty of starvation/dehydration!!!

Still the reason that method is used is because of Christian
values in the first place cause well we can not kill peole now can
we? I mean we give a chemical mixture to murderer's in prison
that allows them to die fairly quickly and painlessly and yet we
can not do the same for this woman because......that would be
more wrong than starving/dehydrating her to death? I mean
PLEASE!!!!

Look all you people out there...I am not a Roman Catholic nor a
Christian. When it comes to be my time and I can not take care
of myself is that time for me!!! Then at that time let me go
quickly and with some shred of dignity still attached. Let me
take a shot, a pill or even a gun placed in my hand and pointed
towards my head and let it be DONE! NO according to my
beliefs my life if mine and not your GOD's. Even if it is true that
this life of mine is your God's well I've been wanting to figure a
way for years now, to simply return this so called gift (seems we
should also come up with a better word than gift since it has a
lot os strings attached to it..perhaps better suited would be
obligation) to him/her and say as politely as I could "Thanks but
no thanks" (Like I use to do when I was a teenager and my
grandmother kept buying me footie pj's for Xmas) and I figure
this is as good a way as any to get my point across.
