You aren't, but whoever sold you the ink might be. Patents on physical things like ink actually make sense. There *is* some "magic" and "secret sauce" involved in good inkjet ink. The formulations are not obvious, and cost HP millions of dollars in research to create. Do not confuse the issue of bogus software and business method patents with patents for mechanical and chemical inventions.
