Having worked with INFOSYS on a large project.
They regularly worked 12 hour days here and in india. The only constraint on the workers in india was that they had to quit at 9pm local time to catch the last buses.

They REQUIRE your highschool graduation DATE on your resume (can we say AGE DISCRIMINATION?).

They are working contractor hours but being paid a salary. However, in indian terms they are being paid large amounts of money. As long as they are only buying indian economy items like food, servants, housing, etc. it is like they are making $120k. If they want a computer, car, big screen television, etc. from the world economy they are only making $5k tho.
