The solution for these companies...
It will not be in the form of unions, reduced working hours, etc...

It will be in the further exporting of jobs to countries which provide cheap slave labor and have few, if any, laws in place to protect worker rights. So India, China, and other "3rd world" countries will recieve another huge boost to their job market.

Why compensate a whimpering, cry baby American who thinks working 60-80 hours a week while ignoring family and personal/mental health is wrong...
Go to India where they can hire 3 people working 3 shifts (basically 24 hour a day working) for a total cost of less than half of a single American programmer...welcome to the world of glbalization and the degredation of American society!
