Once again you are prejudging the case without evidence. Ip just like real property is bought and sold on a regular basis and there is nothing inherently wrong with it. Obviously the patent office fealt there was some merit in the patent. Ultimitely the courts will decide but for you to conclude that there is fraud or theft hear would be the equivelant of guilty until proven innocent in a criminal case.

As to the motives behind Jeffs comment, we will have to agree to disagree.
