I think it's the Terror part that's phony
You have a war with IRAQ, had a war Afganistan but the reality of it the War on Terror is phony. It's as phony as the War on Drugs. It's just a catch phrase.

Going to war will never stop terrorist. Going to war just make more terrorists. Also the gap between rich and poor creates terrorists. So promote peace and prosperity that benifits all will stop terrorism.

It's much easier for people to ingnore an extremist religious fanactic when they are happy with thier lives living peaceful prosperity than it is when they are unhappy beiing poor and trodden on by others. Problem here is western society can't even clean up thier own back yard in this respect, hence the reason you get domestic terrorism (Oklahoma Bombing, Uni-bomber, FLQ, IRA). So what makes us think attacking IRAQ is going to eliminate terrorism?
