Hence we need to educate
Seems like common knowledge is left out of school in favor of political correctness.

We are too busy teaching out students that each one is special, and not enough time saying, "You have to strive to actually do well in the market place."

I myself feel like I am a prime example of this. I should be far more driven than I am. I try and make up for it by handling larger workloads when infact I can't handle them.
