All UNIX-like systems are fine
Mac OS X, the BSD distros, Solaris and so on.
In fact anything BUT MS Windows will do just fine.

It's old news that a person can be smart but big groups of
people can be utterly stupid, but shouldn't everybody be
able to see a pattern in the problems by now?

It all revolves around Microsoft and their poor security.
