Business loses a day a week to e-mail

You are funny.....I am employed only because my

current employer percieves a need for me to be there....he/she
needs my skills. He/she did not hire me out of generousity or a
sense of giving to the benefit of the community...only because
me and my skills are needed. Once that need goes away...so do
I, and funny thing It matters NOT how much effort I put in each
and every single day. If that need goes away..so do I.

Training others only means training my replacement...not going
to happen.

Doing more..means the value of my paycheck goes down. Effort
vs reward.

In the end I am in this and do this for ME! Not for my
employer...I am in the end as loyal to my employer as he/she
will and has been to me..nothing more and certainly nothing
less.
