You are stealing from your employer!
Plain and simple. You are not paid to do personal things by your employer. If your that good, which I have to doubt, there is no reason not to keep working and help those who are beneath your skills.

Time on your hands means you are not looking for ways to help your employer. This equates to less productivity than you are capable of. Which makes you a very sorry excuse for an employee.

You and your attitude are reason number one and two for off shoring.
