I'm with ya on this one
So far the new Imail server I implemented is working like a charm, just have to finish tweaking the settings a bit and i'll be fine. Spent the last 3 weeks making sure spam is found, and real email isn't mislabled as spam. So far it's catching about 90% of the spam and only a few here and there are false positives. Spammers are getting smarter and sending out an email to all the employee's about how spammers get their email address (simple 5 common ways, like the chainmail, the newsletters, etc.), and the has come down dramatically. I'm sure this will change when the spammers change the way they do things again, but until that point it seems to be working nicely. I also probably spend 1.5 hours a week total hunting out the spam and false positives.
