Seriously Jeff and staying on topic too
Using the internet and e-mail is a privalidge. (That is how we stay on topic ;)) This clown abused a privalidge. He got caught and I hope is proscecuted to the full extent of the law and forced to make some type of restitution then "punished".

I tire of bleeding heart people that think idiots like this should be coddled and understood gorgetting about the victims. If society would create an understanding in idiots like this that when they are caught they will
1. Be quickly prosecuted and punished
2. Lose the privalidge of using that which they abused
3. Have to make a complete and full apology and restitution to those they harmed
4. physically feel a punishment that is greater than the pain they inflicted (i.e. public flogging)
5. Serve the full internment of their incarceration
6. While incarcerated they will work to pay for their food, clothing and jail cell.

A little eye for an eye is needed IMO. If you purposely kill someone you die, you steal you lose a hand after full restitution is made to the victim. You get the idea.

I am going back to my bunker and think up more ways to punish these bassholes. That'll make me feel better.
