I made a suggestion below as to what I think should happen to this bovine excrement. Here is another.

First he should be made to apologize to those he has harmed. Then he should be placed in an 5 X 10 ft cell with only a toilet and hole in the door to slide food in. The cell should be dark at all times except for a single small spotlight that is constantly shined in his face. The light should be rigged to shine in his face even when he is laying face down on the floor.

I believe that if he wants to act like an animal with no regards for other human beings then treat him as the animal he is.
