bad friend or what???

I have a sister in law that has always used me as a babysitter but tries to act like shes my friend. out of the 100 plus times i have babysitted for her shes paid me mabye 5 times.i have two kids and she has 3 so its a challenge.And to add to that she always leaves them over night and picks them up[ in the afternoon i never know when she will show up! i did let her know a while back that i felt like i was being used so now every once in a while she comes over or ask if i want to do something with her and the kids. i so do not trust her and feel like she is just trying to stay on my good side so she doesnt loose her babysitter. Help me please!
