I might understand why Indonesia has only 1 percent penetration rate for home broadband access, its main reason is the high cost of subscribing fee compared to national standard wage. In my estimation, we have to pay more than 80% of our monthly standard wage just to have broadband access at home or go for the cheap unreliable internet connection one for the cost of almost 10% of monthly wage. Well, we go for the cheapest one then and that what I think to contribute that 1 percent.
