You drove 300 miles to see some concrete tubes? This is "art"? "The shapes and positions of the cast light differ from hour to hour, day to day, and season to season, relative to the positions of the sun and moon in the sky." Gosh, who would have expected that? Wow, I'm going to travel to Utah to see what the light spots do in a piece of concrete culvert. You gotta be kidding me.
