The constituion isn't against them doing things like this.
Point out where it says "The government cannot do social programs regarding healthcare." And while you're at it, since you hate liberals, show me where it shows the talking points of the GoP.

Abortion being horrible, Gay marriage being horrible, and welfare being horrible. Go ahead, I'm waiting.

I know that those issues might sound irrelevant, and for the most part they are. But they prove one thing, you cannot decide everything in America by those documents. They were written in a time before all of this. This is bigger than those papers, this is something that involves people thinking in terms of what is going on these days.

We spend 2x any other nation in the world, and we don't even have the highest quality.

*Which is the typical response of someone that doesn't have a valid argument and knows the other person is right.

While your entire argument has been that 'the constitution doesn't support this". It doesn't support the ban for gay marriage, anything about abortion, or even speak about regulation. It was made before these issues, and we need to take that into account.
