Power has nothing to do with it...
Its an OS. It does whatever you tell it to do via programming. It has no quirky language subset. It uses Java and has the ability to also run native code.

What it is NOT is formatted to be used on larger screens. To me the system is built around touch on smaller screens. You could modify it to work for bigger screens and though Google says this is not Android...in a sense thats all it is.
