Native Client can run x86 native code under a web-browser BUT IT CANNOT RUN Win32 applications nor does it supports Windows APIs nor does it allow you to run any Desktop applications. And I know what I' talking about because being a developper myself, this is impossible of making that happen unless moving the entire Windows API library on Google's OS. And this would certainly put Google in BIG trouble and get them a bunch of lawsuits from Microsoft.
