Actually, I'm not a "blizzard thug." But what
are you more upset about? That you can't share
the same cd-key between your supposed 100 LAN
party players? Or that you have to actually
use the internet to play a multiplayer match?
So far I haven't heard one compelling argument
why having to create games on battle.net is
such a big deal. It all seems to be masking
the fact that people are upset that they can't
share licenses anymore.

And what's wrong with playing the original
starcraft at your LAN parties? If you want to
jump into the next generation with SC2, you're
going to have to upgrade your LAN party
capabilities. It be.
