I do not need my cell phone to open doors and my car. Keys work just fine. Just imagine someone stealing your phone. They will not only have your home phone number which they can check against the phone book and get your address but also have your key. As for the credit card transaction tracking, its a good idea but that also means that the credit card company and anyone that has access to this information will be able to know exactly where I am at any time. This is also true with the selling of information for better GPS.
