No, it's shining more light on the subject
"Panic" article? How do you come to such a conclusion? It's not exuding "panic," but rather exposing the darker sides of the H-1B, L1 visa programs antimately will impact America's economic health.

"The fact is that because of difficulties to get H1B for a candidate the price is high."

How is the price too high when foreign workers can be bought at the price of 2 to 1 in many industries, as Business Week even points out. Remember, this wasn't just an author's personal opinion, but it quotes a myriad of varied sources in the article.

"The author of article does not seem to have any clue how H1B works besides the fact that it is for temporary workers and there is cap for it. the trouble is hidden behind and how INS executes procedures as well as what are restrictions and limitations assiotaed with H1B visa."

The author states in the article that the INS (now part of Dept. of Homeland Security) rarely enforces its own policies concerning H-1B workers (just like it fails to do on the U.S.-Mexico border) and that many H-1B workers, after their visa expires, disappear illegally into the population at large. Perhaps you didn't read the entire article (understandable because it was lengthy :)), but companies also have the ability to use L1 visas and those are not capped and they can be approved much faster than H-1Bs. The L1 visa allows companies to import foreign workers from overseas subsidiaries and bring them into the U.S. as an "internal" transfer.

"I was one of those H1B workers for over six years. Now I have a green card in my pocket and gray hair on my head. "

Gee, it's obvious then why you hold the position that you do, as you now reside in America, courtesy of a U.S. company paying your movement expenses. At least you have a green card, so I can understand your obvious glee and support for such a program. As for the "gd industry outsourcing and how they ulray hair" on your head, get used to it. Everybody, even native-born citizens (surprise!), who have to make their own way get "gray hair" before their time. You don't have a monopoly on "gray hair" and difficulty. Everybody in America isn't rich and living on easy street, contrary to popular media myth and legend. You get no sympathy from my corner.
